These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ALSALEH API website (alsalehapi.com), API services, developer dashboard, documentation, support and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by ALSALEH API, a company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, making an API call, or using any Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and/or the entity you represent.
  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  3. Account Registration To access most Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, passwords and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  4. API Usage & License Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the API solely for your internal business purposes or to provide services to your end customers, as permitted by your chosen plan. You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover source code
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the API
  • Use the API to create a competing service
  • Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the Services
  1. Pricing & Payment You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan selected at registration or later upgraded. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
  2. Data & Intellectual Property
  • You retain ownership of any data you input via the API.
  • We own all rights, title and interest in the API, documentation, code, trademarks and other intellectual property.
  • Airline data, fares and content are owned by third-party airlines/GDS providers — you receive no ownership rights in such data.
  1. Third-Party Content & Airlines The Services rely on data from airlines, global distribution systems and other third parties. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability or legality of such data. You use third-party content at your own risk.
  2. Prohibited Activities You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law, including but not limited to:
  • Fraudulent bookings
  • Scraping or unauthorized data mining
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Violating airline terms or policies
  1. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a security risk, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
  2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALSALEH API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  3. No Warranty The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability or non-infringement.
  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ALSALEH API, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
  5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting notice on the website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
