Refund Policy

ALSALEH API provides API access, developer tools, documentation, sandbox environment, and related services on a subscription or usage-based model. Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of API services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

  1. General Refund Rules All fees paid for API access, subscription plans, overage charges, or any other Services are non-refundable except in the specific cases outlined in this policy.
  2. No Refund for Used Services Once an API key is issued, access is granted, or any API call is successfully made, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed. No refunds will be issued for:
  • Partial or full use of the monthly/annual subscription
  • Any number of API calls made (including free/test calls that later become paid)
  • Overage charges or usage beyond plan limits
  • Time during which the account was active, even if unused
  1. 7-Day Trial / Money-Back Guarantee (if offered) If we explicitly offer a free trial period or a money-back guarantee for new subscribers (as stated on the pricing page or signup form at the time of purchase), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription date, provided that:
  • You have not exceeded the trial usage limit (if any)
  • No significant API usage has occurred (we reserve the right to evaluate)
  • You have not requested custom development or premium support

To request a trial refund, email support@alsalehapiksa@online with your account email and transaction ID within 7 days. Refunds under this clause (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Billing Errors If you believe there has been a clear billing mistake (e.g., you were charged for a plan you did not select, double-charged, or charged after proper cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to your account.
  2. Cancellation & Prorated Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by Saudi consumer protection law or explicitly stated in your plan agreement.
  3. Chargebacks & Disputes If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and pursue recovery of any losses (including fees charged by payment processors).
  4. Exceptions & Force Majeure Refunds outside the above cases may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged service outage due to our fault exceeding 48 hours) and are granted solely at our discretion.

  6. Include:
  • Your full name and registered email
  • Account ID or API key (if applicable)
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of payment (if needed)

We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 10–15 business days.

  1. Governing Law This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
